We are working with a start-up company in its search for a 5-10 year attorney to handle its legal and regulatory compliance matters. The duties encompass a variety of interesting of work, including contracts, federal and state regulatory and compliance issues, licensing and permitting requirements, as well as general corporate matters. A background in real estate and/or telecom domain matters, necessary. An entrepreneurial spirit, critical thinking, and interest in weighing in on both business and legal issues.
