Associate General Counsel – Commercial Contracts (Dallas)

We are working with a multinational, multi-billion-dollar Company in its search an Associate General Counsel to support its commercial activities and contracts. At least 3 years of Big Law firm training, acquiring corporate-related experience, such as M&A, real estate, debt and restructuring, and/or drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (licensing, material transfer, joint development, research collaborations, NDAs, etc.). This role promises tremendous (and unique) exposure to the business client, as well as growth, advancement, and development within the Company.
